Terms of Service

Runora turns speech into text typed wherever your cursor is, and lets you control your computer with voice commands. Dictation and simple voice commands are free and run on your computer.

Agent Mode is an optional paid feature that carries out multi-step tasks on your computer, such as using websites in a separate browser profile, based on what you ask it to do.

Agent Mode and purchases require an account. Give accurate information, keep your password secure and tell us if you think your account has been used without your permission. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

• Agent Mode subscription: $15 per month, including 50 Agent Mode tasks per billing period. Unused included tasks do not carry over to the next period.
• Top-up pack: $8 one-time for 10 extra tasks. Top-up tasks do not expire and are used after your included tasks run out.
• A task is one request you give Agent Mode, however many steps it takes to complete, within the per-task step and time limits built into the app.
• Prices are in US dollars and include applicable sales taxes such as VAT. The tax amount depends on where you live and is shown separately at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Agent Mode acts on your computer on your behalf. It asks for your confirmation before steps that could have consequences, such as buying something, deleting something or sending a message, and it only acts after you confirm. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming those steps.

Agent Mode uses artificial intelligence, which can misunderstand a request or make mistakes. Check the results of important tasks. Do not use Agent Mode for anything where a mistake could cause serious harm.

When Agent Mode uses a website, you remain bound by that website's own terms. If you saw an inappropriate or unsafe AI response, please report it.

You agree not to use Runora to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• harass, deceive or harm others, or access accounts or systems you are not authorized to use;
• reverse engineer, resell or abuse the service, or try to get around its usage limits.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Runora relies on third-party services to work. Agent Mode sends requests to Anthropic's Claude models through our servers. In the Microsoft Store version you can choose to install Ollama, a third-party open-source program, to process some Agent Mode steps on your own computer; Ollama is provided under its own license. See our Privacy Policy for what data each of them receives.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Runora under these terms. We keep all rights to the software and this website. Text you dictate or tasks you give Agent Mode remain yours.

Runora is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by actions you confirmed in Agent Mode. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

We may update Runora and these terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. You can stop using Runora at any time; uninstalling the app and cancelling your subscription ends our agreement for future periods.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
